go to the usenext website and watch the you tube video. it is a download of ubuntu done in about 45 seconds. for me i have to wait at least 4 til its done. i want something that acts like a download manager that will download torrents and all. i would like a program that downloads about 2 times the speed that deluge downloads no matter the seed or peer. i dont care if it doesnt download at 1000+kbs. i would like to find something that downloads at an average 150kbs up to maybe 300 max or something. no errors with torrent i just want to up the download speed and increase tcp ip connection and all that has to deal with internet connection. my down speed is 1138 and my ups peed is 586.
i would like to optimize my connecton to use the optimum speed for my dsl. its quest

Tucows.com (http://tucows.com)

This web site is like the Download.com or Cnet of Linux files. I am pretty sure you'll be able to find anything you need from this site.

One word of advise. Before you download any file from this site see if you can download it through yum or yumex. Reason being, it's a whole lot easier. It will automate the install process and download any dependencies, if needed.

example: yum install filename

You do have your 3rd party repositories configured right? If not go here and it will give you a step by step tutorial.
