Where on the Fedora 8 website is there a list of repositories for Fedora 8. I could not find it anywhere.

Installing the product worked flawlessly but the only two repositories automatically setup in Yum were the Fedora 8 Base and the Fedora 8 Updates. I imagine there must be more repositories one can use. I am particularly looking for a repository which gives me the latest QT4 development environment rather than the QT3 version which comes with the two installed repositories above.

Hello:
qt4 is available from the standard repositories.
yum -y install yumex
then use yumex for a quick search
You will find yumex under
Applications
System Tools
Yum Extender

The other popular repository is livna, which can be found here :
http://rpm.livna.org/rlowiki/
at some point in the future
RPM Fusion will combine a number of separate reposities into one large one.

I am using Smart-GUI and while it shows a number of things under qt4 it does not show the qt4-designer. The designer which is shown is qt-designer which is qt3. The designer is the actual qt development environment. There are a number of other qt4 development files which I do see.

I did pick up Livna, thanks !

Hello:
If you have qt4-devel installed, then from a terminal type
designer-qt4
as it is provided by the qt4-devel pakcage
