I have a music concert on dvd that i'd like to put on my mp3 player.
I've heard you can rip the audio from a dvd and make wav or mp3 from them. What program do i need to do this?

One way would be to use avidemux2. Just save the audio channel to a separate file. It is available via yum.

You can try DVD2MP3 from the SourceForge repo here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dvd2mp3/

The k3b application will do this ("yum install k3b"), IMHO I think this has the best gui out of the tools available through yum.
