hello, how are you.

i installed fedora core 4 on an older laptop and tried to install dependencies, manually for ethereal. i installed one rpm then removed it now i am trying to install a different version. But when i try this new rpm (-ivh or -Uvh) it tells me its files conflict with files from the previous rpm. How can i get rid of these files so this new rpm installs or is there an rpm switch that will forcibly copy over these existing ones.

thanks in advance.
