Does anyone know what this file is:

/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00.0/resources0

/sys/devices/ is just a directory created by the kernel to give human readable info about a certain hardware devices, it's used by udev for instance to mount devices, if you browse the directory you'll see lots of info about various devices. So a bit like /proc, it's a special filesystem sysfs.
