I setup a different PC with fedora attached to the hard-drive from the one I have been having problems with so I could backup the packages and updates along with all the other things I did since installing on the other system,
But now Id like to know what backup program I should use and what files I should copie to save the installed packages and updates?
O and don't you all think that fedora should give you the option to save certain packages to the media that fedora is on so you could install them quicker?

Try clonezilla
http://clonezilla.sourceforge.net/clonezilla-live/#make_clonezilla_live

Just clone it.

and run kudzu to configure your new hardware.

I jest heard of http://freshmeat.net/projects/systemrescuecd/
And also there is Ghost for Linux.
But now...
I got a PowerSpec harddrive enclosure that says it works with any harddrive up to 400GB and worked fine with my 200GB on a computer using windows but dues not even start the harddrive when connected to my other computer using fedora 7.
Is this jest a driver issue in-witch I could download proper ones or something else?

The number above the bar-code is MC749754
And the drive is a Maxtor.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!
