Problems with Fedora 6 after installing KDE-repo from http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/kde.repo: Pup, Pirut and sometimes Yum stop after errors 'network connection is missing' and 'cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: kde'. Pup and Pirut stop completely; no downloading from other repos too. Removing, new download and new install of KDE-repo do not help. But after KDE-repo's first install I could download and install the KDE-environment and some KDE-applications without any problem. Who knows more about this? Thanks for info, Hubert, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Disable all repos except fedora.

Yum clean all

Install ftp://mirror.karneval.cz/pub/linux/fedora/linux/core/6/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/fedora-release-6-4.noarch.rpm
