That toolbar at the bottom that many people now have and I see in alot of screen shots, looks similar to something on a Mac, what is that a Beryl plugin or what?

If you use gnome + 3D effects try avant-window-navigator

I sure do use Gnome + Beryl, thank you for your help, tried installing various other dockers but most were for KDE or were in unstable versions.
