View Full Version : resize lvm partition(get rid of the stuff I don't use) so can use it for other things

I thought gparted would be the answer but I read that they don't support lvm? that's annoying :X any other program that would be a simple install where it would take 2 seconds just to remove the extra partition space I don't use from lvm.. hasn't gparted been around a long time? they should try and add support for it :0

Check your System->Administration menu, you should have an entry for 'Logical Volume Management' if not:


yum install system-config-lvm

anything with a gui maybe? :X what if I use that program under rescue cd? I can startx using root and run it.. would that work?
