I loaded Fedora 7 on my old laptop a couple of weeks ago to try out Linux. I I was wondering what the best website and forum are for discussing software apps and hardware that is the most compatible with Linux. I have using Mediamonkey for year and ahalf and MusicMatch before that (Never been an itunes user). And I have an iRiver H10 that supports ogg and FLAC. So far I've been using sound juicer and rhythmbox but that seems really cumbersome. There has to be better app than that. Is there anything else for the gnome desktop that you don't have to be a programmer to install.

Thanks for any advice or links.

There are others, which I'm sure will be suggested, but you might want to have a look at amarok

yum info amarok

and or
