I have installed Wine in my Fedora 6, but how can I install windows software (include Windows LIve Messenger and Windows Media Player 11) in wine?

You can't as these programs need a full windows install to work (they wont install without it)

But why would you want to anyway? You have pidgin, amsn, kopete and loads of other alternatives to Messenger and Media player is easily replaced by VLC, Xine, MPlayer or even a GStreamer based player.

Or step up to F7 or F8-test3 aand use qemu to run Win under Linux.

No! The Linux drivers are not suitable for windows! You will have to install the drivers for windows!

I do not recommend you to use windows emulators! I hate even wine! I always try to find linux software, it's better!
