I would love to be able to run all of these services at once. I already have squid, squidGuard, and Privoxy running smoothly. I would like to be able to HAVP (httpd anti-virus proxy) as well.

I am very new to squid, and I am enjoying figuring it out painfully at time, but still working on it! I know that Privoxy runs as a cache peer parent process, and HAVP wants to do the same thing. Is it possible to have two parent cache peer processes running at the same time???

Any help...

I don't use privoxy myself, but I recently posted my experience in getting squid, squidGuard, and HAVP running happily together. Briefly looking at privoxy's website, it looks to do many of the same things as squidGuard with blocking ads. Since using squidGuard, I find that I have few if any cookies that slip through since I block most ad sites. On my client machines, I use Spybot's S&D to actively block many others that slip through, and the result has been fantastic. Here's a link to my setup experience: http://drhymel.com/blog/?p=25.
