View Full Version : Missing Keyboard Layout Flags in KDE

I am using KDE and have set up multiple keyboard layouts. However, the configuration dialog appears a little differently than what I see in various pictures on the internet. It seems that the layout is supposed to be represented by a little flag with letters on top, but I can only see the letters, not the flag. Does anyone know how to make the flags appear? I'd also like to see the flags in the Kxkb icon in the system tray.

I've attached a picture of what it does look like.

I should mention that "Show country flag" on the "Switching Options" tab is on.

I have the same issue. I think the flags themselves come with kgeography in the kdeedu package, and live in /usr/share/apps/kgeography/flags. But the keyboard layout switching icon doesn't use them.
