With my machine use only active memory, why i have the inactive memory big ? How i can clear the inactive memory ?

Run some large programs that allocate loads of memory and write all over it and the amount of inactive memory will drop, and the performance of your machine gets slowed down to crawl. The question is, why would you want to do that?
