View Full Version : How to create bootable flash from any kind of iso-image

Hello, all! I'm get a relly trouble :confused: I want to create bootable usb flash from any kind of iso-image that bootable from cd-rom then it has been burned on, but i can't find soft or information how to do this using only fedora core.

% yum install livecd-tools

% livecd-iso-to-disk /path/to/iso/image /dev/sdb

this is works if iso-image was build by livecd-tools(ivecd-iso-to-disk expect squashfs.img file on burned iso-image), but i need burn any-kind of iso-image. For example i need burn installation of fedore core on usb-stick and do install with usb-stick.

livecd-iso-to-disk F-7-i386-rescuecd.iso /dev/sdb1 - error: cp: невозможно выполнить stat для `/media/cdtmp.lI4491/squashfs.img': Нет такого файла или каталога
