Hi, i want to put Fedora on my laptop but i dont know if i can squeeze something that is nearly 800MB on a 700MB CD-R disc, if you do know i can do this then please say.

Or if i cant do that, is there a way that fedora can be installed from this computer to the laptop over the network by boot?

Select one of these

ftp://ftp.uni-klu.ac.at/linux/fedora/linux/core/releases/7/Live/i386

one is a KDE cd and the other is Gnome

I think the larger iso's where x86_64 which are for 64bit CPU's which wont work with your 32 bit P3 CPU
