i want to run a little skript at startup , at the end of startup or at the login (independent of which user is login on)
can someone tell me where i can do such a configuration?

/etc/rc.d/rc.local

Think of it as the 'autoexec.bat' file - sorta.

are there any special things i have to know?
the skript is run correctly as far as i can tell, but i get an "memory access error"(translatet from german don't know if it's really called like that in e) which i normaly only get when a the program already runs and i try to start it a second time.
