Iptables and latest kernels

Hi,

I've recently installed F7 and used an iptables script from a previous install of FC5.

The firewall worked fine just after the install, but after the kernel was updated by yum the script fails because the kernel lacks log support.

So I went back to using the 2.6.21 kernel and iptables works fine again.

Has something changed in the latest kernels? I've had a look through the change log but couldn't see any reference to log support.

It's ok I worked out what the problem was.

I added the following to the script and it now works fine with the newest kernels:

modprobe ipt_LOG

The old kernel must have loaded it automatically, but had to be done explicitly with the new kernel.
