I use Fedora for Coding in C++/C# and VMs for testing. 64 bit is definitely give boost, isn't it?
But how much support available for developing 64 bit application?

What do you mean by "support"? All the required libraries and header files are supported in the corresponding -devel package. Everything else depends on your coding skills and preferences ;)

By support I mean availability of different type of libraries, like compression, network, file system, UI(gtk, qt), etc.

Yes, you have all that. If you want to make sure a certain package has all that may be required (by package I am referring to a certain program or library which is distributed individually) you may want to check either a 'yum search -devel' provided you are running an x86_64 version of Fedora and you may get a listing (http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/7/Everything/x86_64/os/Fedora/) from the fedora repo in your browser.
