Hello again,

When my laptop first run, it gives me the fedora boot image saying to press any key to enter the menu. So I do, I have to choose between Fedora and Other. Now, the "Other" should take me to the Windows XP but it's not. It's giving me a 2 line text and stops there. Is there a way to edit thr grub loader and add the windows xp option to be able to get in windows?

Should I edit grub.conf or menu.lst ?

Anyway, here is the text found in both of them. I think it's the same text.

# grub.conf generated by anaconda
#
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You do not have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /, eg.
# root (hd0,1)
# kernel /boot/vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/sda2
# initrd /boot/initrd-version.img
#boot=/dev/sda
default=0
timeout=5
splashimage=(hd0,1)/boot/grub/splash.xpm.gz
hiddenmenu
title Fedora Core (2.6.18-1.2708.fc6)
root (hd0,1)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-1.2708.fc6 ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet
initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.18-1.2708.fc6.img
title Other
rootnoverify (hd0,4)
chainloader +1

Now I want to change the OTHER to load into WinXP, please help me on that.

Nevermind, I changed this

title Other
rootnoverify (hd0,4)
chainloader +1

And it worked :D

Into this

title Other
rootnoverify (hd0,2)
chainloader +1
