I am planning to install Fedora 7 i386 and x86_64 in my already multi boot system.
If I were to set them up using the same home partition then all the settings would be the same for both
operating systems. They should look identical at startup same icoms and wallpaper and gdesklets
even emails would be available. I would be installing the i386 version of firefox in both systems.
Is there a reason that this would not work?
Thanks Terry

There shouldn't be any problems, but x86_64 installs i386 programs alongside their 64-bit counterparts (i.e., it installs both versions of Firefox). So you could just have one install with two sets of apps.
