I've run into a difficulty when creating custom launchers to the top panel of Fedora 7. If I create a launcher to an http address such as http://127.0.0.1:8080 the launcher gets created but does not show on the panel, there's no way to move it or delete it and anything to the right of it can't be moved to the left of it and anything to the left of it can't be moved to the right of it. There's just unusable blank space on the panel. The same custom launchers are okay when created in FC6.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I found a little workaround that enables me to add http://127.0.0.1:8080 type launchers to the panel. First I create a custom launcher for http://127.0.0.1 only. Then I go to the panel, right click on the created launcher, click on properties and change http://127.0.0.1 to http://127.0.0.1:8080 I still cannot initially create a custom launcher that has :8080, :3191, etc. I assume it has something to do with using ":" in the custom launcher creation function. Apparently it's a no-no or the creation function has a design error in it.
