Hello.
I've got a problem with 'cpuspeed'. I'm running FC7 on E4300 CPU, it has ~1.80 GHz at each CPU kernel (currently CPU is running with standard voltage and freq. multiplier), but '/proc/cpuinfo' shows that CPU freq. varies in range from 600 to 900 MHz. Here it is:

Basically freq. could change from 1200 MHz (that's 200*6, smallest multiplier) to 1800 MHz (200*9, maximum multiplier), current numbers look just twice lesser, than they can (should?) be.
What could that be? Wrong configuration of 'cpuspeed' daemon, showing twice lesser values, or CPU is really running that slow? Any ideas how to overcome that?

Thanks!
