hello all
i have a benq 5000 scanner and i succeded to run it on linux .
but i have a problem when acquiring images .
it says failed to start scanner error during device io

i used the bin file of windows driver and edited the snapscan.conf and pointed firmware path to the bin file .

i searched google and sane faq but couldnt find any solution
so can u help me to solve the problem
