I dont know if the command is valid "--install=/home/raju/Download/Wine"

This is normally used to install packages to another OS / root file system!!

--installroot=[path]

Why do you want to install wine to a non standard location ?

Your command wont work because rpm's need a / directory structure to work.

Choose the no option here

The difference is /home/raju/wine has none of the required packages installed ( rpm thinks its a seperate OS / with dependencies to be met )

sudo yum --installroot=/home/raju/wine install wine

And with this command the dependencies are provided by /

sudo yum install wine

If you'd like to save space on / try the "baobab" tool:

su -
yum -y install gnome-utils
baobab /
Click "Scan" and check out what's hogging all your space.
