Where do I find this file in fedora?

a) EITHER, if running bash or ksh (if in doubt type 'echo $SHELL'),
source the .OpenFOAM-1.4/bashrc file by adding the following line to
the end of your $HOME/.bashrc file:

. $HOME/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.4/.OpenFOAM-1.4/bashrc

This instalation instructions tell me to do this, but I just can't find it.

It's in your home directory ($HOME) just as the instructions say. File names starting with a dot like .bashrc are hidden by default, you must use the -a option to show them in the "ls" command or enable "show hidden files" in GUI file browsers.
