There is no RPM for this in any of the usual repositories but I did find one here:

http://math.ifi.unizh.ch/fedora/

I don't know the quality of the RPMs that come from this repo so caution is the word of the day! If you set it up do so as not enabled by default. Be sure to check the qdvdauthor site to check what dependencies it requires and make sure you have Freshrpms and Dries OR Livna repos set-up. For the newbies, in a Terminal type:

su -
Give the root password, then type:

gedit /etc/yum.repos.d/gemi.repo
Copy and paste this into and be sure to hit <Enter> after the last entry to make a new line. Save the file.

[gemi]
name=Fedora $releasever - $basearch - gemi
baseurl=http://math.ifi.unizh.ch/fedora/$releasever/$basearch/RPMS.gemi
enabled=0
gpgcheck=1
Close gedit and in the Terminal copy and paste this and hit <Enter>

rpm --import http://math.ifi.unizh.ch/fedora/RPM-GPG-KEY-gemi
When it has completed install QDVDAuthor:

yum install --enablerepo=gemi qdvdauthor

Once you have the dependencies this is probalbly the easiest program to compile yourself. It comes with a little front end to handle almost everything.
