Some distros have a GUI for sharing for both samba and NFS.

Does Fedora have a GUI for sharing directories with NFS? Regardless, how do I share a directory called /home/siegfried using NFS?

I'm running fedora core 6 from VMWare on Windows 2003 server. I have SFU installed on windows and I'm expecting to be able to see the NFS shares if I could create them.

I have used the GUI to create a samba share. I have used the GUI to start the samba and NFS servers.

When I try to connect from windows, it prompts me for a user name and password. I give it the correct password but it won't let me in.

Thanks,
Siegfried
