Your best bet is www.gnome-look.org

Icon set is Dropline Neu
Window decoration is probably Vistabut

Looks like the Sabayon Beryl theme.

Thanks for the info. Now the magic question: In what folder do I extract it?
Sorry, I'm new to Fedora and Unix.

If it's a Metacity, GTK2 or icon theme open System > Preferences > Theme and try dragging the tarball onto its window. If it's a Beryl theme then I haven't a clue.

Of course, that's the easy way, which I never use :D In your /home folder there are two hidden directories '.themes' and '.icons' Obviously icons go in the latter and both Metacity and GTK2 themes in the former. I usually untar the theme and drop it in the appropriate folder. In fact, it might be a good opportunity for you to get familiar with the hidden stuff in your /home, you never know when you may need to delete or edit something there. In Nautilus on the 'View' menu there is an option to display hidden files for the session.
