Is there a way to get a realtime kernel or patch.

If so what recommended !

The FC kerenels are 1000 hrtz now (I think) vs. 250 on the older ones.
One distro was talking about 1000 being more than good enough for audio and video.

The real time Kernel is a specalty item so you should seach the net.

In the near futrue ( 1 year or so) there my be a tickless kernel so realtime will have a different meaning.

ha tricky tricky.

The basic things about patching the kernel is all about letting the user have real time.
I don't even know how to begin the tasks of permissions on a tree of countless facets, every file on a system running with a handful of permission owners and countless identities.
letting jack connection kit work on root as I lie on user, is just the start.

I want to be free. I want a nother beer.

I got everything else but real time to spend on a spinning magnetic disk....curling around its trailing charge.

Actually, most patch issues are that there are pacthes. :)

In FC (especially with SELinux) jack may start in root but would run in jack.
And jack wouldn't be bothering jill, root, or mirrorlesstoech to make them go tumbling down. ;)
