Sorry, but Fedora Core 4 is no longer supported and the Legacy Group has stopped maintaining anything. You should upgrade to FC-6, since only the current version (FC-6) and one previous version (FC-5) are supported. FC-5 support will stop when the second 'test' version of FC7 is released, and they've just released the FIRST test version, so FC-5 won't be supported much longer.

FC6 with most of the recent updates can be found here: http://torrent.fedoraunity.org/ but you'd need to download it with bittorrent. If you don't have access to that, go to the official site: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ and download from one of the Mirrors. Since FC-6 has been out for several months, most of the programs you'll be downloading are out-dated. If you have a high-speed internet, you might want to do a minimal install and then add updated programs from the repositories afterwards.
