im thinking this maybe a video card issue with the drivers or maybe the hd?.. when I play a simple thing like a show in youtube.. this computer will be slow as heck.. or if im playing quake 3 with runs fine on here it will lag out after awhile.. like it will freeze and then I can play again fine after 10/20 seconds.. but it will keep freezing after awhile.. no dont know how long :(

I can install the nvidia driver by nvidias site or using yum but still the same results.. the temp. shows fine via nvidia display settings

I could be the HD. If you run:

dmesg
Can you see any errors about your harddrive? Something like DriveReadySeekErrors will do this.

While the system is freezing, look if there are some processes that eat resources with top.

ive typed that cmd in the terminal but I have no idea what to look for :X.. this is what I get.. and the only freezing point is when I do a game called quake3 mod ra3.. but when watching videos it will skip badly

It could be any number of things, I'm leaning towards network lag, but since you don't mention whether this is a wired or wireless connection could be hard to diagnose. What video card are using????

video card - nvidia geforce 6200 and my internet is through a router.. not wireless though.. directly to the router.. if I thought the internet would effect it I would have said my whole thing but I didn't think it would.. im not even sure if my internet is 100% okay because things like shareaza through wine are slow and gnutella gtk app is a bit slow as well X: I just installed fc6 months okay and the internet worked rite off

Hello:
You need to disable a lot of these services which you do not require.
There are a couple of guides located here which can help you:
http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=102853
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mjm-services-fc6.html

Once you have disabled all the unneeded or not required services it should help.

I don't think it's that though.. unless my stuff is finally getting old :X because it never really happened before.. just kinda started.. sometimes I feel like I should turn off my computer to let it rest because whatever is happenning gets a little worse or lasts a little longer
