I booted into FC6 rescue mode and I need to access some files on my usb flash stick. I can see an entry under /proc/bus/usb for it but there is no device assigned to it. How can I gain access to my usb flash stick in rescue mode?

Ok, I created an entry in /etc/fstab in my regular installation for the usb stick and then if I have the stick inserted when I boot the rescue cd it gets a device and mount.
