ok iam going crazy trying to install the mplayer plugins for firefox32bit
I fallowed the instructions at fc64.org
here is what i did
HOW TO INSTALL MPlayerplug-in IN 64BIT PLATFORM

---------------------------------------------------

- Go to http://mplayerplug-in.sourceforge.net/ , and download the Fedora Core 5 RPM

- DO NOT INSTALL RPM, you dont need to install the RPM package, just open it and copy all the files inside it to where they belong

- FOR EXAMPLE:

- These are the files that you are going to find in the RPM package
Files inside RPM: Copy to:

/etc/mplayerplug-in.conf /etc/
/etc/mplayerplug-in.types /etc/

/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/(plugin files) /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/

/usr/share/locale/(folders) /usr/share/locale/

did that and then i went to firefox-plugins by doing "about:plugins"

I get no mplayer-plugins.................

I have tried the http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_core_5_installation_notes.html#MPlayer
guide w/o success.........any ideas why ..............???
