I'm using grub for ntldr to give me an extra boot option from windows' boot loader to load fc6, instead of just using grub on the mbr on the drive, because changing my boot order just to switch to a different os all the time is a pain.

When there is a kernel update do I need to edit the menu.lst file to change the kernel version in the loader on the kernel and initrd lines, or will it automatically use the latest kernel even if i keep the old number?

Thanks
