I recently upgraded to FC6 and i'm really chuffed with the results to be honest. It actually recognised my monitor resolution from the get go( a first for me in any distro installation!!) and the whole system seems to be running really smoothly.
The only issue I have is that I cannot find the xlib.h and xutil.h files needed for developing c programs that use X11. I actually need this for my uni course - we have an assignment due that uses X11 to display the Mandelbrot set.
So is there even an xorg-devel package available for FC6 yet?
Or will I have to work at my lab workstation for this program.
Thanks in advance,
Shep.

yum groupinstall "X Software Development" will get you what you need.

Yeah, got it working. Cheers for that.
I actually tried it but didn't have the development.repo enabled... oops!
Thanks again.
