Can you even download RH9 anymore? I really don't see why you would - It's so old.

my cousin has redhat 9, i borrowed from him.

I think 9 was the last. But Firewing has a point. I wouldnt even compare FC4 to FC6! So much has changed, been improved. RH9 is like win 98SE compared to XP. Apples and oranges. I have a RH8 install on my VMWare server. It is fun to fool with and surprisingly it is still very usable...if you had to. But does it compare to FC6? lol, no way!

I think I see why - RH9 is the newest of the *RHL* series. It was discontinued as Red Hat released Red Hat Enterprise Linux and the community build became Fedora Core.
So indirectly FC6 is the newest Red Hat Linux version.
