Hi,

I'm trying to get NetStorage mounted via Secure WebDAV. Apparently NetStorage works correctly with WebDAV (and the Windows derivative, Web Folders) but when I try to access the mount, it asks me for the password for my username (as it should), but then rejects my password (even though it is correct). It all works fine from Windows in Web Folders, but not through FC5 and Gnome.

Anybody have any success doing this or know anyway to diagnose this problem?

James

Hi,

Just found out that the reason NetStorage doesn't work with WebDAV is because Novell's authentication architecture requires WebDAV cookies (which isn't the standard apparently!) Anybody know if Gnome WebDAV can support cookies?

Hi all,

In the latest version of NetStorage (with Netware OES), you can make NetStorage cookieless which makes it work with WebDAV.
