Hi there! I just installed fc6. When I try to enable Desktop effects (which i suppose in based on aiglx) windows borders disapper... anything to solve this issue?

Is the gnome-window-decorator runnning? Is that what you are asking send us a screenshot.

When I try to enable it it just flashes and says Desktop Effects could not be enabled

I have an nvidia Geforce 6100 which is supported and 2 GBs of RAM. 64 bit AM2 processor 2.2 Ghz

ehehe, finally I installed beryl and everything is working fine... i'm just wondering if there's a link on how to configure beryl.. there are some effects i don't really want, and I'm looking for a way to turn them off (for example, the effect on the menu appearing is gorgeous, but after you've seen it 5 times, your eyes will self-destruct ghghgh)
