i tried to make an iso image out of .bin and .cue file.
the problem is that the start button is not enabled.
i thought the start button will be enable after the md5 sum check.
i guess it requires a cd writer for me to burn image file. correct me if im wrong.
is it possible to burn an image file without a cd writer??
thanks :)

I don't know the answer, but I take it you want to "create" an image but not burn it?

umm i thought its like nero. nero can convert .bin to iso with or without cd writer.
do you know other linux cd burner application that can convert .bin to image file without using cd writer?
anyway thanks for your help. :)

Im really sorry that im so lazy but I wanted to do exactly what you want to do. There is a pretty simple way of doing it, google something like "convert bin to iso linux" without the quotes.

I did that, downloaded a simple program (or maybe it was already installed), then just run it from the command line
