Hi. I have FC5 in my laptop and my table display is ViewSonic VA2012w.

When I'm using ati-driver I just cant change the resolution. I have tried everything. My resolution is still 1024x768.

Then I change from ati driver to Vesa driver and I put resolution 1680x1050 and then I restart the X and voila! in the login screen the resolution was 1680x1050 and I was very happy, but then I try to log in, but nothing happens. It put me back to login screen?. It wont go to GNOME ?

Then I have to change back to ati and restart computer again and then I get to gnome, but the resolution is 1024x768?

What can I do ?
