Hello !!!

I am totally new on LINUX and I have some questions.

I have downloaded the Fedora Core 5 images on my PC at work. This PC has Windows and I used the Nero Burning Rom software to create the installation CDs from the ISO files. How can I check if the CDs are OK? I have read that the installation process let you do the verification but is there any other way?

Best regards

you can open the CD in explorer and see if you have 1 file or a bunch of files. 1 file means bad and means you burned the iso's wrong many files is good and you can run the test on the CD's on any pc. just boot off the CD's and perform the disk check

When u burn an iso image make sure u select the iso option, i.e., buring the image option in the file menu (I suppose) in Nero
