wouldn't that be great Sun Java and ATI graphics drivers going open source, that way ATI could be easily included in kernel and Xorg, that along with Fedora could actualy come out of the box with it, well it may happen:

Im fairly excited about AMD's aquisition of ATI although such actual technology and products spawning from the merge is at least a year off.

Linux could really start putting up a fight, especially on the empending doom that Vista will bring with its insane hardware requirements
