i am already running a web server and ftp server on a 56K modem and using dns2go and runing my domain name i can see and access externally with no problems.

How do i setup or install a mail server with Fedora 5 to send and receive mail from external and or internal?
Any help, links, or documents is greatly appreciated.

There are many different ways, but I'd recommend using this:
http://www.scalix.com/ceraw/index.html

It has really nice ajax based webmail.
