Hello:
Are you still able to boot to windows?
You can also boot from the FC5 install disc and select F5 and type linux resuce ... follow along until you get to the last prompt and then type
chroot /mnt/sysimage
then type
fdisk -l
and post the output.

This is gentoo, but it still may apply.
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/grub-error-guide.xml?style=printable

Also search the forum for error15 (note there is no space). There is one post.

Fedora comes with VNC software that is similar to these.

well it looks like based of fstab, you did autoinstall / autopartion
am i correct?
most likely grub is installed on the wrong drive.
grub should be installed on the mbr of the first boot hard drive in bios. so if your bios is set to boot from the 120gb, grub should be on mbr of that.

boot with rescue (linux rescue) off dvd automount partitions
chroot /mnt/sysimage
ls /boot
and make sure theres files there and a directory called grub
if not grub didn't install correctly ..
either way do:
grub-install /dev/hda
and try that

EDIT:
I realized the problem just now
ok:
still do the above, it won't hurt.
but here's whats going on if it doesn't work:
grub is installed to mbr of hda, but the linux boot partition is on hdb (or what have you -- your other drive)
boot rescue, automatically mount fedora .. blah blah
chroot /mnt/sysimage
nano /boot/grub/grub.conf

find fedora entry
i believe before root (hd1,0) .. (could be after)
you need to add:
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)

and windows xp entry shouldnt have to change

i have tried doing a setup (hd0,0) that didn't work i tried booting to the kernel that is installed that caused a kernel panic
the setup gave me an error when trying to embed the different stages
