Since the bug in the first iso which prevents most people from booting normally, I burned the boot.iso only to find out my hard drives cannot be found (something about incompatible drivers, asks me to provide a driver disk). That happens with hard drive installation option

During loading the initial kernel all my HDs were found even ones on IDE card. Very weird and frustrating since hard drive installation is the only option for me. I know it's a devel release, however maybe some of you had this problem already.

Cheers

Yes the problem is in the first disk.

I have downloaded the ISO several times from different sites and I still have the same problem.

It just makes my PC reboot.

I also burned the ISO to different media and at different speeds.

I sure hope somebody can figure out what is happening.

You can solve this problem easily by using the Disk 1 of Fedora Core 1 to initial the booting and then exchange it back with the Disk 1 of Fedora Core 2 to start install.
