Does FC5 come with a zip program? If it does where is it hiding? If not is there one out there for downloading? I would like one with a GUI as most of the time when I need it I am in Gnome writing an email and just want to zip some pics. up before sending them out to family.
Oh also since I'm the only one I know using Linux, everyone else I know uses that other op. I thinking I need something like the old pkzip.

"file-roller" is the GNOME file archiving program. "yum install file-roller" if it isn't on your system already.

in a terminal type "yum provides zip" or "yum provides unzip" and it'll list the apps that has "zip" or "unzip" in it's description. IRC it also lists packages that are installed so you might already have one.

Also, Ark unzipz zip files. Type in "ark" in a terminal to see if you have it.
