system-config-display I believe. If you want to create a brand new xorg.conf file, switch to run level 3 rename /etc/X11/xorg.conf to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.bak and then run system-config-display from the terminal.

Or you could:

Kill X or restart FC in runlevel 3.

As root run:

Xorg -configure

This will create the file: /root/xorg.conf.new and you will most likely have to alter it so that the mouse works correctly (use the mouse section from your functioning /etc/X11/xorg.conf), you may also want to tweak a few things. After you think you have things configured correctly you can test it with:

Xorg -config /root/xorg.conf.new

Quit by typing ctrl-alt-backspace. If all is well copy /root/xorg.conf.new to /etc/X11/xorg.conf and startx.
