How do you get login Warning banner to appear before loging in graphically? Ive tried messing with
/etc/issue
/etc/motd
/etc/gdm/PreSession/Default
and Ive even tried editing the login screen, but I still cant get it too appear. With the issue file I can get the message to appear in console but not in the GUI. Ideally I need a pop up to appear with a warning message that the user has to take action to, like click ok, or yes/no before it will allow login to the system. Im new to FC5 although Ive used other Distros before. Any help would be appreciated!

Here is the solution.
Edit /etc/gdm/PreSession/Default
Place the following before the SESSREG command (line 70 in my Default)

if ! gdialog --yesno '\nThis system is classified...\n' 10 10; then
sleep 10
exit 1;
fi

This will place a pop up window immediatly after logging into the user account and offer a yes no dialog box, selecting no, timesout for 10 seconds and then sends you back to the login screen. Selecting Yes will continue the login and boot process.
