Hey Mates,
i recently was trying to make my Desktop a little fancy..so i started with KDE Themes for KDE-look.org..
i downloaded 2 typed of Themes and here is the problems:
1-type 1 is the source package..like 31717-klearlook-0.9.9.2.tar.bz2..the problem is when i write ./configure i get the following at the end of the compilation:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
2-type 2 s the .kth extension..i go to the control center..then to the Theme Manager section..click on install Theme..and it goes in the list..but one i apply it..nothing changes !

i also need some other information about other ways to make my desktop looks GREAT :D
Thanks In Advance.

Install the kdelibs-devel and kdebase-devel packages. To install the theme do

$./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix`
$make
#make install

Kcontrol (Control Center) -> Appearance & Themes and change the style, window decoration etc, to the theme you installed.
